in your village, bijanbari, dist.darjeeling, state- west bengal, the sbi bank is charging rs.25 for the neft transaction of rs. 25000. whereas the charges is only rs.5 for transaction rs. 25000.
TRANSACTION UPTO RS.500000/- RTGS CHARGES IS RS.25/-.PLEASE INFORM ME FROM WHICH AMOUNT RTGS CAN BE DONE i.e from Rs.200000/- or below Rs.200000/-
Sir our society named Jackson co-operative credit society situated in Rajkot city, we have our bank account in SBI main branch. We have being charging Rs.25 for each transaction of NEFT and RTGS i.e even below 1 Lakh rupees or between 1 lakh to 2 lakhs rupees , So you are being requested how the rules of RBI works for this ?

State bank of india should issue atm card to all current a/c holder so that they can take cash from ATM take necessaryaction to issue it soon
